Batman gathered enough information. He knew where to find Jessica as well as Bill, the Stormtrooper who helped her to escape. He knew that both are with Joker who imprisoned them.
Harley was glad they would go against Joker. She would finally have a chance to exact her revenge. She was looking forward to beating the crap out of him.
