I'm Groot #2

In a meanwhile, somewhere else… Magizoologist Newt Scamander with his trusty Niffler is back on the road. But Newt felt sorry for leaving Tina, though call of duty and mainly passion was stronger…

Newt found out about a new beast, that should reside in a cave nearby. He transported himself and Niffler into and took a good look around. It was a bit scary, yet our heroes were fearless. With skulls everywhere, a bat even landed next to them inspecting sudden visitors by its sight. The smell as something was being cooked was present throughout the cave, so Newt started to o feel worried…

Newt and Niffler cautiously walked deeper into the cave. The smell became an odour of a burnt flesh. Niffler was shaking. Suddenly a ghost passed them by, whispering: “Dobby is a free elf…”

Newt found a source of that smell. Originally a creature was cooked there, but a cook clearly forgot he was preparing a meal. Our mage was afraid this is the beast he was looking for. Suddenly, an echo of steps sounded from behind as perhaps somebody was getting closer…

From the darkness of the cave Rocket and Groot appeared. These “treasure-hunters” heard about a creature with reward for it. And Rocket wanted to earn some money, typical for him. Both were surprised who they found. Rockett: “Who are you? What are you looking for here?” Groot: “I am Groot!” Niffler jumped on the ground and hid himself. He definitely didn’t like those two individuals. Newt: “I was seeking for a fantastic creature which is probably not here… And who are you? Rockett: “Do you think we would believe such a pathetic story? Where is that creature, the reward for it is quite plausible, isn’t it, Groot?” Groot with a focus of a teenager: “I am Groot…” Newt caught a glimpse in his eye. He didn’t like them and sensed they mean it.

Suddenly everything went so fast. Rocket raised his weapon. Newt casted “Priori Incantatem” and focused his wand on groot. By this a bubble with time going backwards appeared around Groot. Groot just yelled frantically: “I’m Groot” and became Baby Groot again. Rockett was watching this, stunned, so he dropped the weapon.

Newt smiled only as he reached exactly what he wanted. Rockett wanted to flee, but Newt only murmured a teleportation spell and that owergrown raccoon just disappeared. Boom and he was gone. Groot just glanced around himself, yelled: “I’m Groot” and started to run towards the cave exit.

Groot ran as fast as he could. With rocket disappearing his courage was gone. Light at there entrance of the cave nearby was motivating him.

Groot ran out of the cave. Alone and confused. Without knowing what to do.
It’s time to help him, don’t you think so?

I think we have to help Groot and take care of him. Me as a creator will again intervene in my own story to assist. We will not let Groot alone and abandoned. :-)
